Cryer & Stott own and operate four deli shops and one trade and retail outlet. They have been named in the top 15 cheese merchants by The Independent newspaper and have provided consultation services to Channel 4 television. They have been named Business of the Year by the Regional Food Group for Yorkshire and Humberside.

The Client initially came to Web Factory over two years ago. At that time the business was still in its early stages and only required a web presence, but after demand from customers and company growth, Cryer & Stott have recently upgraded their website to an online store.

The online store has proven to be a big success, increasing their sales and expanding their customer base nationally. The next step for Cryer & Stott is to increase the product lines on their website.

Web Factory produced three design concepts based on the client’s initial brief. Our design concepts met the main objective: to produce a design that reflects the family run business. This was achieved by using images of the family and using a country colour palette. We used the client’s existing colour scheme and logo in the page header to reinforce their brand online, helping visitors to the website associate the site with the shop, and vice versa.
