Paul Michael is a Leeds-based hair salon that was founded in 1997 as a small family hairdresser. Since then, the salon has grown significantly and its services now include colours, perms, creative hair cutting, barbering and wedding parties. Recently, the salon has expanded its services to become colour correction and grey coverage specialists.

The client had experienced a degree of success with a previous website, but their previous website was difficult to update and maintain. In addition, they felt that their existing website had begun to look dated and did not reflect the modern feel of their salon following a recent rebranding.

The client asked Web Factory to design a completely new website for the salon that incorporated their new brand and expressed the salon's funky new look. The website should be clean and simple, yet easy to navigate. The website should provide information on the services offered in salon, as well as providing background about some of the additional services that the salon provides. Finally, the client had toyed with the idea of selling their extensive range of retail products through their website, but did not want to commit to an online store at the current stage of development.

Web Factory listened to the client's brief and designed three concepts based on the salon's fabulous new branding. Following a successful review process, Web Factory was able to further refine its design concepts to produce a final design that thrilled the client.

The Paul Michael's website has been an amazing success, receiving high volumes of visitors on a daily basis and bringing new business to the salon. Following the great success of the website, Paul Michael have since commissioned Web Factory to expand their website to a full online store.
